Whole Being Psychotherapy
Whole Being Psychotherapy is an online and in-person practice offering thoughtful, individualized support for people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. We recognize that no two people are the same, and therapy should reflect that - attuned, responsive, and shaped around you.
Our approach is integrative, somatically informed and grounded in psychodynamic theory. We work with the whole person, mind, body, and inner world, while also recognizing the broader systems and contexts that shape your experience.
At the heart of our work is the therapeutic relationship. We are committed to creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive, where you can explore your inner world at your own pace with care and curiosity.
We deeply value inclusivity and welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. This includes LGBTQIA+ communities, diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, and all expressions of identity. We are committed to providing a space that honor's difference, fosters belonging, and respects each person’s unique story.
We believe each person holds an innate capacity for healing. With the right support, therapy can cultivate deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more grounded sense of self, supporting meaningful, lasting change.
